• Arbetsförmedlingen (AF) decides whether you get Rusta and Matcha.
• You first get six months with a coach, then an evaluation is done together with AF, and in some cases you can get another six months.
• You get compensation from Försäkringskassan (FK), it’s called activity support..

HOW DO YOU GET HELP THEN?

2. Email AF, ask if you can have it.
3. You will receive a response from AF.
4. Choose the right coach (I’ll help you).
5. You start with your coach who helps you.
